- If your new eyewear isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to adjust, remake, or exchange it until you’re truly happy.
- If we cannot reach a solution that leaves you delighted, we will provide a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are available within 30 days of purchase for items in unused condition, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Frame Only purchases or non-prescription sunglasses purchased without lenses may be returned within 7 days if unworn and including original demo or sun lenses.
- Gift cards, health items, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
- Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our frames and lenses. Items with a confirmed manufacturing fault will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you.

- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
