To start off with, we provide key items: a microfibre cloth, lens spray, and a hard case. Always use a microfibre cleaning cloth – using paper tissues or cotton-based t-shirts will scratch the lenses over time.
Thanks to everyday wear and tear, your eyewear needs regular maintenance. If you purchased from us, servicing is complimentary. We can adjust your frames if loose, tighten hinge screws, change nose pads, and ensure frames sit straight.
You can also clean at home safely: Always use your microfibre cloth, use lens spray or wipes, and a drop of lotion-free soap can remove stubborn residue. Wash gently with fingertips, rinse under lukewarm water, and polish with clean microfibre cloth.
Situations to avoid: exposing lenses to extreme hot or cold, storing without a case, or placing face-down on surfaces. Lenses scratch easily when not treated with care.
